Job Description
Go Recruit are currently looking for a key accounts recruitment consultant for our client a user of potentially high volume temporary labour within the industrial market place, based from our Sheerness branch in Kent. Previous recruitment/ sales experience would be a requirement coupled with exceptional customer service.
The role will involve the overall management of the contract including pre-screening and interviewing potential temporary staff in sync with the requirements of the contracts based in two sites in Aylesford in Kent and Littlehampton in West Sussex.
Suitable candidates must be dynamic with previous sales / recruitment experienve, and have the ability to recruit and pre-screen suitable candidates for both branches compliant with all the legal requirements of WRS and rights to work in the UK.
Other duties will include:
1. Referencing the candidates
2. Bulk recruitment at the Client sites for increase in volumes.
3. Maintenance of the Weekly hours for Payroll purposes.
4. Fornightly site visits
5. Daily email updates with the Client
6. Identifying new business opportunities
A full clean driving licence and own car would be required for this role - mileage to be expensed.
