Job Description
Go Recruit are currently looking to recruit an industrial recruitment consultant based in their Sheerness Office to develop a new desk within the local area of Kent within an Industrial / Produce environment.
Suitable candidates must have a proven background in recruitment sales and must have the ability to develop business 2 business relationships and with Senior Management Personnel to develop the brand name of Go Recruit throughout the local.
Must be keen to work within a target driven environment and have the ability to qualify and identify possible new users of temporary labour within high volume end users.
Must be happy to cold call large numbers of local and national companies to identify any potential new business opportunities.
Must understand the pre-screening process for recruiting temporary workers and the legal compliance required whilst working in the UK.
