Job Description
We are urgently seeking experienced Fresh Produce Team Leaders to work for our client based in Northampton.
Your duties will involve running a production line with up to 20 people on it ensuring that the correct product is packed in the correct way whilst liaising with Quality Control departments and Managers.
You will be responsible for a certain amount of paperwork and ensuring that KPI's are met.
Previous experience of working with Fresh Produce in a highly demanding role is essential as is own transport due to shift times and site location.
