Go Recruit was established in 2004 by Ruth Bates in response to an increasing demand for a Specialist Agency with a view to providing temporary and permanent candidates to a multi disciplined recruitment marketplace, based throughout the UK. 

There are many Recruitment agencies that offer a higher level of reliability and service to employers and applicants alike. Go Recruit offer an independent  search and selection process to source innovative processes to meet current and forthcoming requirements in a changing market place.

Our aim is to develop relationships with our clients and we do this by  under standing our candidates as well as evaluating their skills and experience to specifically meet the criteria of any current vacancies taken from the variety of companies we are consistently working with.

We aim to have a clear interpretation of each individual clients requirements, and a firm understanding of the operational side of the business. This will ensure that when we are looking for a candidate criteria match we have total understanding of the requirements for all individual vacancy within each Client organisation.
